		<description>Thanks for dropping by Alan. This is where the issue of coworking can get a bit muddled. There is always a risk vices reward relationship with coworking.  That being said, a good ideas is always a flexible one.

In my mind a semi fluidic environment would be better than none at all. Why not try office share some of the space and keep one or two spaces for a collaborative area. Invite local Independents or freelances into the space to work with you and introduce the idea slowly. This way you can cover costs while also benefiting from the fluidic nature of coworking.

As with every new idea, you sometimes need to help drive the demand to make the idea a reality.</description>

		<description>We intend getting an office in the next 8 weeks and i had been thinking about a straight forward office share but this looks interesting. I like the fluid interaction nature of it but i am also thinking about the stable income from a set office share so we will have to look at that carefully.</description>
