Second coworking location for Dublin

Over the last month, I have been working in the background to secure additional coworking locations in Dublin. The theory behind this is to make coworking more accessible and available.

I was contacted by a landlord a few weeks back who was inspired by our efforts to date. I explained the concepts and ideology behind coworking and it turned out that they were quite similar to why he set up his own business.

The second space will be located in Broombridge Business Centre in Dublin 7. The location itself is accessible by bus and train, a short commute (Only 15 mins from the M50 and 15 mins from the City centre).

I popped up today and was blow away by the attention to detail that has been put into this place. The facility is huge and has been custom fitted with everything needed for your typical office.

For €350 a month you get:

• Broadband Internet connection.
• Fully fitted desk chair with, ergonomically designed seating and flexible storage and filing units.
• Reception services 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday – Friday. 10.00 am to 4.00pm on Saturday
• Message management ensuring all messages are received and delivered promptly.
• Secure parking is available onsite.
• Immediate Availability
• Secure Storage Space Available on site.
• Full use of the site facilities including Coffee Dock, Showers & Toilets.

Any additional services used are charged to you each month.

• High-speed photocopying can be done for you or provided on a self-service basis.
• Telephone calls are standard rates
• Fax machine available in main Reception.
• Document binding and laminating.
• Taxi bookings.
• DHL Delivery Service on site
• Couriers
• Executive Meeting and Interview Rooms available at per hour or per day basis.

This space is not in direct competition with TL01 – Space 28 and should be seen as a second independent space.
