Update on Coworking in dublin – More Photos
A quick update on the coworking space that is available in Dublin.
I had the pleasure of meeting up with the crew that are looking into the coworking space that is available in Space 28. We dropped in today to take a look at the rooms available. Check out the photos below.
So here is what’s on offer, for €200 exc VAT you get:
- A desk & chair provided by Space28.
- Power and a socket!
- Net connection, standard DSL – Minimum of 1mb
- Insurance, Some cover – This still has to be defined.
- 24 hour access to the building
- Secure, 1 hour fireproof doors on each room
- 24 hour security cameras (digital) around the building.
- A really relaxed atmosphere.
If you’re interested drop me or Paul an email. Comments, questions and feedback are welcome.

Pics 1-4 are of the room on the top floor. This space is currently in limbo as someone else has first dibs on it. This seemed to be the best of the 3 rooms that we viewed. This room has lot of natural light provided by two large windows and has huge potential. The space could hold 4-5 comfortably.
Pics 5-6 are of the second smaller room. This room has some natural light and could fit 2-3 people comfortably.
Pics 7-9 are random shots from around the building. The place has a really nice vibe around it. As Paul mentioned before, this is not your typical corporate space.

Hi Jason,
Thanks for putting these up – just a note on the fire doors – I think he said 1 hour.
Eamon.
No Probs, the change has been made.
Where is the building physically located Jason?
[OT] took survey – I think some of the questions on page one could do with being checkboxes rather then radios. I would have selected a few of the possible answers to some of those questions.

The building is just off O Connell Street, at the turn for middle abbey street. There is a lane way beside Supermacs, head down there and to the right.

It’s the budget airline of office space, not your typical corporate space. If you have ever been down that way you would understand what I’m on about.
On the bright side, the street has the vibes of the old style temple bar, before it was re-developed.
so just so if i understand thats 242euro per month? for what is essentially a hotdesk? still sounds like a decent spot, but still out my reach financially
