		<description>I think the key to a successful DIY coworking space will be the ability for people with the space to find the people and then fill it. The likes of daft or other property sites with commercial space listed don’t seem to cater for this. They seem to have a mixture of shared offices or commercial space. Am I wrong in assuming that we have bit of a niche in the market?</description>
